  • Soldier (Sipahi) → Minimum Study Matric (Science / Arts) 
  • Clerk → Study Intermediate (FA / FSc) + Computer Skills 
  • Commissioned Officer → Minimum Study Intermediate (FA / FSc) 
  • Captain (Through DSSC) → MBBS / BDS Degree (For Doctors) 
  • Engineer / IT Officer → BE / BSc / BS IT or equivalent diploma 
  • Nursing / Medical Staff → Diploma or relevant degree

Age Limit Criteria 

  • Soldier → 17.5 years to 23 years old 
  • Officers → 17 years to 24 years old 
  • Medical Professionals → Up to 28 years old 
  • Clerk / Cook / Driver → 17.5 to 35 saal 
  • Commissioned Officer → 20 to 24 years old 
  • Medical Doctors (DSSC) → 22 years to 28 years old 
  • Engineers & Specialists → up to 28 years old 

Physical Criteria 

  • Physical criteria are very important in the Pakistan Army.

Height: 

  • Soldier → Minimum 5 ft 6 inches 167.5 cms  
  • Clerk / Cook → Minimum 5 ft 3 inches 160 cms 

How to Apply for Pakistan Army Jobs | Step-by-Step

Stage 1: Written & Intelligence Test 

You will have to take the first M.S.Q. Test: There are different types of questions in this test

Stage 2: Physical Fitness Test 

Physical fitness is very important for recruitment in the Pakistan Army, where you have to complete the following tasks 

  • Running: 1.6 km complete in 8 minutes 
  • Push-ups: Minimum 15–20 reps 
  • Sit-ups: Minimum 15–20 reps 
  • Chin-ups: Minimum 3–5 reps 

Daily exercises in which both strength and stamina are developed 

Stage 3: Medical Examination 

In this test, you are made to undergo physical exercise so that you can be fit enough to join the army. 

  • Height

  • Eyesight test is done (6/6 eyesight required).

Stage 4: Interviews & Psychological Assessment
