Recover Officer Full Time

Position Details

Location: Lahore – Punjab
Grade: AMG & Below

Job Purpose / Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing recovery operations related to
non-performing loans (NPLs), i.e., stuck-up or classified loans. The primary objective is to
reduce the affected portfolio and improve recoveries.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Effectively follow up with obligors or borrowers to reach negotiated settlements.
Preparing settlement proposals.

Initiating legal suits to recover bank dues.

Managing data and reports for internal and regulatory compliance.

Job Specification

Master’s in Business Administration, Commerce, or Economics is required; a law degree is an
added advantage.

Must have knowledge of credits, recovery laws, and credit documentation.

Requires effective communication skills, both oral and written.

Must be proficient in contemporary IT skills commonly used in the office.
