Job Purpose / Summary:
To supervise that LOS Operations are running smoothly, and developments and new requirements shared by the Business and Risk are developed as per the requirements. Designing workflows, resolving configurational issues, and deploying configurational changes proposed by the business and Risk. Validating the eCIB report (Pre and Post) before and after submission to SBP by the CAD Department.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with business and other units to sort teething issues in LOS.
• Resolving users’ queries on call and helping them operate the LOS System smoothly.
• Training to LOS users as and when required by business on call and in training sessions.
• Performing final UAT and ensuring requirements are fulfilled as requested by LOS, and providing confirmation to ITG and teams.
• Configurational changes proposed by the business and resolving configurational issues reported by the business include workflows, Facilities, Collaterals, etc.
• Coordination with the endor for smooth running and resolving issues of the system bank-wide.
• Taking new requirements and changes from the business and getting them done, and on testing afterwards
• Sharing final builds provided by the vendor with ITG for Deployment on Live Servers
• Supervising tasks performed by the LOS team.
• Ensuring timely resolution of the errors and developments proposed by Business and Risk
• Sharing purposeful reports extracted from the system with concerned teams.
• Validating eCIB report (Pre and post) shared by CAD Department and report the anomalies to CAD department for removal and submission to SBP and vice versa for the post validation to ensure the anomalies are being taken care of.
• Effective management of People, Processes & Service quality and discipline within the team
Job Specification:
Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
