What You’ll Own

You will act as the general manager for one or more brands in our portfolio. Your goal is to drive
revenue growth, improve profit margins, and launch new products quickly and accurately. You
will take end-to-end responsibility for brand performance—managing strategy, execution, and
communication across teams and clients.

What You’ll Do

Own the listings, strategy, and marketplace performance of your assigned brand(s).

Coordinate with Creative, PPC, Sourcing, and Ops to achieve brand targets.

Monitor and optimize KPIs such as TACOS, profit margin, conversion rate, and sales.

Launch new products from idea to shelf, managing timelines and deliverables.

Lead communication with clients via Slack and Zoom.

Manage ClickUp tasks and ensure no work is left behind.

Proactively spot risks or growth opportunities and take fast action.

What Makes You a Fit?

Have managed full-funnel Amazon brand performance (agency, brand-side, or aggregator).

Have experience with product launches, PPC strategy, and margin improvement.

Understand Amazon metrics. ho: TACOS, spend, ACoS, CVR, forecasting, etc.

Have clear communication and take initiative—no hand-holding required. Async, remote teamwork is comfortable, and you can manage your schedule.

Can thrive in reliable, organized, and high-ownership roles

Fluent in English and client-facing ready

Bonus Points

Experience in managing private-label brands

Familiarity with Helium10, Amazon Ads Console, or copywriting workflows

Exposure to creative or sourcing processes
