Job Details

All appointments will be on an open contract basis with a probation period of 6 months. These will be on a market-based lump sum package, will be non-pensionable, will not offer any long-term benefits, and will not be converted into a permanent position.

• M/s Open Testing Service (OTS) will collect 50% of the total fee from the applicant, and the remaining 50% will be paid by LESCO. Therefore, each applicant will have to pay Rs. 80/- to the testing agency, where testing is required.
• Only those candidates who have completed their degree can apply. Candidates whose result cards have not yet been issued or whose results are awaited will not be considered.
• Those whose degrees are in the Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) system will be evaluated according to the HEC standard chart (available on the HEC website).
• Candidates working in Government / Semi-Government Organization / Autonomous Bodies / SOEs must apply through the proper channel. However, an advance copy of the application can be sent without a NOC. If the NOC is not presented at the time of the interview, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
• Where applicable, relevant quotas will be applied.
• Computing professionals with a graduate degree must have valid registration with NCEAC.
• Those with job-specific certifications and relevant experience with LESCO will be given preference, as they have institutional memory and business knowledge of the organization.
• Job descriptions/responsibilities for each post are available on the LESCO website (www.lesco.gov.pk).
• If a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, a separate application must be submitted for each post.
• The minimum passing mark in the written test will be 50%.
• Only qualified candidates who meet the mentioned eligibility criteria will be allowed to appear in the Written Test / Interview. Merely passing the test does not guarantee employment.
• Selected candidates may be posted in any area within LESCO’s jurisdiction, as per the company’s requirement.
• LESCO reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
• Employees who have been dismissed/screened out from any organization or have a criminal record are not eligible for LESCO. It will be mandatory to obtain character and background clearance from police/agencies for every selected candidate.
• If facts are concealed or misrepresented at any stage, the candidate will be disqualified. All academic certificates, degrees, domicile, and police verification will be verified by the relevant authority. If documents are found to be fake, employment will be immediately canceled, and any salary paid will be recovered.
• M/s OTS will resolve any queries of the applicant at its level within the given time, such as those related to shortlisting, the written test, or any other matter.
• Any litigation/testing dispute related to the recruitment test will be handled by the testing agency itself – LESCO will not be responsible for any of these.
• TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will not be given for the written test/interview.
• Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be considered. LESCO and the Testing Agency will not be responsible for applications received late by courier.
• The last date for receiving applications is 13.11.2025.

• Applicants are advised to fill in correct and complete information (personal, academic, and experience details) in the application form. No changes will be accepted after submission of the application.

Qualification/experience

Master’s degree or equivalent qualification, or 4 4-year honors degree(with at least 60% marks) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Software Engineering from a HEC-recognized university.

• A test fee of Rs. 80/- will be charged per candidate. This fee can be deposited at any branch of Bank Alfalah, HBL, or ABL through the prescribed bank challan. The challan form can be downloaded from the OTS website: www.ots.org.pk.
• Candidates must send their completed application form along with attested copies of their educational documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, experience certificates, and two recent passport-size photographs, plus the original fee challan, via courier service or Pakistan Post to:

• Hand-delivered applications or applications received after the due date will not be accepted.
